A group of rebellious teenagers accidentally hit old witch Haggis on the highway, indirectly burning her in her own cabin. They unknowingly revive Pumpkinhead when they pour blood from one of her viles on his corpse and recite lines from her spellbook. This time, Pumpkinhead is inhabited by the soul of a deformed orphan killed 30 years ago. Pumpkinhead then goes on a bloody rampage after his childhood tormentors, as well as the teenagers for killing Haggis. As Pumpkinhead begins eliminating the teenagers, Sheriff Braddock must find a way to stop him before he kills Braddock’s daughter.
